Bloomfield Hills Native Returns Home to Work As WXYZ Reporter

Bloomfield Hills native Jolie Sherman is returning home to join WXYZ as a reporter and multimedia journalist.

A 2020 graduate of Illinois State University, she was working at the NBC affiliate WVIT-TV in Hartford, Conn., before accepting the job in Detroit.

She begins her new job on March 10.

Some of the other recent additions to WXYZ include reporter Randy Wimbley, who previously worked at Fox 2.
